Forticare members may avail of their Annual Physical Examination (APE) at any Forticare Clinic or accredited diagnostic and laboratory center six (6) months after the plan effective date.
The APE package includes:
- Medical history taking
- Complete medical examination
- Chest X-ray (PA view)
- Complete Blood Count (CBC)
- Fasting Blood Sugar (FBS)
- Urinalysis and fecalysis
- Electrocardiogram (ECG) – for members 35 years old and above
- Pap Smear – for female members 35 years old and above
